How do you decide what goes into a Norvea formula?
We start with a short list of botanical oils and whole-plant extracts that each do a specific job in the formula, then test the texture and finish across a small panel of testers before it goes into production. If an ingredient doesn't earn its place, it's left out, and every ingredient that stays is printed in full on the product page.
When is my order dispatched?
Orders placed on business days before 15:30 are prepared for dispatch the same day; orders placed after that cut-off go out the next business day. You'll get a tracking notice as soon as your parcel leaves our workshop.
What is your return policy?
You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Get in touch with your order number and we'll talk you through the next steps; opened or used items can't be accepted back for hygiene reasons.
How do I know I'm buying the genuine Norvea formula?
We sell directly through our own site only, and every order ships from our workshop with the same batch and seal details shown on the listing. We don't distribute through third-party marketplaces, so anything sold under our name elsewhere isn't from us.
